• the private workbench paints its empty frame with the page, and the gate no longer holds Clerk behind a React timer: PrivateGate loaded its working half through lazy and a Suspense boundary, whose reveal React holds until 300 ms after the fallback, and the effects that start the Clerk listener behind /api/private/me, the Clerk UI chunks and the engine download waited for that reveal. traced in local headless chrome over a production build, signed out, warm: Clerk answered at 237 and 251 ms and those effects fired at 352 and 353, the engine asked about 300 ms after the gate module; after, they fire 2 to 16 ms after Clerk answers and the engine is asked with the gate module. the gate now renders the module once it arrives and takes a pending placeholder, server-rendered, which the workbench fills with WorkbenchFrame: the activity bar, a side panel reading, titled for the entered view once the route names it, and empty tab and status bars, holding nothing read from the repo or the account. pinned in vitest: the gate renders its placeholder and never what it guards, a repo url renders the frame and not the repo, the frame names the entered view, and the gate imports neither lazy nor Suspense. red under named mutations, each restored: the workbench without its frame (1 failed and 8 passed), the gate ignoring its placeholder (2 and 7), the frame leaking the repo name (2 and 7), every view marked on (3 and 6), no side title (3 and 6), lazy and Suspense back (1 and 8), and the old gate whole (3 and 6). cargo test green, 4886 passed over 144 test result lines with 15 ignored, and the site gate green at 934 passed.
