  • loot-first land prints a timing: line under its verdict and appends the same spans to .loot/git-mirror/land-timings: the land wall clock split into consecutive spans, each from the end of the one before it, so they sum to the total; each GATES row is named by the row as run_gates walks the table, regate.<row> on the merged pass, skipped where its pass did not run it, and regate=skipped for a merged pass that owed nothing, and the other steps are named where land_via ends them; a land that stops prints the line too, ending until-error, and is recorded as not landed. the verdict line is unchanged. the record carries the landed_change and pr the perf point carries rather than riding the point, which is written before the finalize as the gate binary bytes. main starts the clock before it opens the repo. documented in workflow.md step 7 and the land-change skill. red under named mutations, each restored, over the 5 new tests: skipped rows left off (3 passed and 2 failed), a skipped row recorded as 0 s (3 and 2), the line printing skipped as 0.00s (4 and 1), spans measured from the start so they overlap (2 and 3), merged rows unprefixed (4 and 1), a refusing row left untimed (4 and 1), a stopped land left unrecorded (4 and 1). cargo test green, 4782 passed over 144 binaries with 13 ignored. no deploy owed; the primary release binaries need a rebuild for the line to appear (zkkkyqun) 87878e81 · dbf3dbe6…

Renames are not followed. loot's tree maps a path to an address, so a rename is a delete and an add. This list is the history of the name, not of the bytes.
