• record the operator grill on web move and attach (map ztrnpqko): ADR 0098 gains §11, the decisions of 2026-09-27 with their reasons. a web write publishes only with consent for its exact paths, which the builder refuses a write without; a device may silence the public-write confirmation, the refusal standing underneath and the public badge kept; a move that widens readership always confirms and is never silenced; web attach refuses a secret-shaped name behind a confirm that is never silenced; attachments are capped at 10 MiB in the shared writer; an attachment previews only as a blob: image or escaped text and is otherwise a download of application/octet-stream, since any script on the private origin can recover the seed; and the web filter term frontier becomes unblocked, with frontier:<map> meaning loot ticket frontier <map>. the spec gains dated notes beside §3 (consent), §5.3 (naming) and §6 (the cap, the name check, display), and the CONTEXT.md Frontier entry names the web term. none of it is built: wyllqvzy and vsropolo build it. .lootattributes gains tickets/security/** restricted=connor and tickets/public/** published, below docs/pitch/** and above the rest, and loot explain decides a path in each space by its own line with no rule above it matching, while tickets/<id>/ stays internal. no ticket lives in either space, so nothing is published, and loot tickets --state all lists 1361, every ticket directory. red under a named mutation, restored: a broken link in the ADR (doc_links 2 passed and 1 failed). cargo test -p loot-first green, 305 passed. no code changed and no deploy owed (xqmltwyn) 743caa19 · dbf3dbe6…

Renames are not followed. loot's tree maps a path to an address, so a rename is a delete and an add. This list is the history of the name, not of the bytes.
