Add the concurrent-agents evidence doc (#123) (#130)
The prose claim + walkthrough for wayfinder map #119, mirroring
docs/evidence/loot-hosts-loot.md: it states the epic's claim (two agents
converge, no side dropped, loop agent-drivable via porcelain) and cites the
committed re-runnable run (runs/concurrent-agents-demo.txt) box by box across
both acts — local docks + harbor + buoy (Act 1) and the cross-identity relay
fork-collapse with a relayed restricted path (Act 2). Records what the run
surfaced and fixed (#128 fork-collapse, #126 dock-merge porcelain).

Renames are not followed. loot's tree maps a path to an address, so a rename is a delete and an add. This list is the history of the name, not of the bytes.
