• serve::held_tips answers a have naming at most one version, the Tickets view shape, without the ancestry walk, which builds a map of the whole graph: measured by the new ignored held_tips_reading over a 1,496-version graph shaped like this repo history, in a release build over two runs, one head took 1.2 µs answered against 282 and 290 µs walked, and a have naming every version 622 and 626 µs; ADR 0075 says so. a land that let the harbor go records the version its outside gate ran over, and the new orchestrator at_seam lets a pass publish ungated only when its converge moved nothing and the position is at that version, and gates it under the harbor as a moved converge otherwise; ferry::Converged carries the anchor, and ADR 0055 and workflow.md say so. the CONTEXT.md Private shell entry now says no key and no lock is answered from an unchecked entry, a header lock after Keyring.checked verifies it through unwrapEnvelope, and that addressCount counts an unchecked entry, so whatever writes the mailbox answer or the grant cache can raise that number and gets no key by it; the grants.ts addressCount comment states that property instead of naming two routes. judgement calls: regate_pass takes the verdict slots as one Evidence, and the REGATE_DEFERRALS doc rewrap leftover and the workflow.md split code span are fixed. not taken: a Pending type that cannot answer a header lock unverified. pinned in a_pass_publishes_ungated_only_at_the_version_the_gate_outside_saw and a_have_of_one_version_has_the_tips_the_walk_has. red under named mutations, each restored, over the new seam test and the 3 mpkswzkl land tests: the anchor comparison dropped (3 passed and 1 failed), a mismatched anchor gated as unmoved (3 and 1), the gated anchor never recorded (2 and 2, the race and fold land tests each gating once more under the harbor); and over the 18 offer_cost tests the short-circuit answering the have unfiltered (17 and 1). the short-circuit removed stays green, since it changes no answer. cargo test green, 4831 passed over 144 test result lines with 15 ignored, and the site gate green at 892 passed. owes a forge deploy for the held_tips short-circuit; the site change is a comment; lands use the belt once the primary loot-first is rebuilt (ztyxspll) f4b9a442 · dbf3dbe6…

Renames are not followed. loot's tree maps a path to an address, so a rename is a delete and an add. This list is the history of the name, not of the bytes.
